Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship to you as promptly as possible, if any delays are anticipated we will contact you via email or phone at the earliest opportunity to advise of any delays and to offer you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Delivery Timeframes

If the item is in stock and available (please see the manufacturing of some items below) we aim to dispatch within 2 working days to you, delivery as standard is normally 2-3 days from dispatch. We can provide expedited shipment services at a cost where requested.

UK Shipping

We normally use a courier or Royal Mail to deliver your items, larger items will have a tracking number emailed to you, smaller items such as can fit in a “large Letter’ size packet may not, please advise us urgently if you wish to have tracking added to these items.

International Shipping

We normally use a courier for International shipping, we will usually supply a tracking number for these shipments, please allow for your country’s customs and excise checks, delivery times, and delays at ports and distribution centres. We have little or no control over courier arrangments for other countries.

Please note that when a package is posted internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and or/fees by the destination country. When shipping outside of the UK, we take no responsibility for any duties, tax or customs charges that may arrive as a result; this is a buyers responsibility. We only charge the shipping cost (e.g. delivery/ transportation fee) for your item.

Manufacturing delays on some items

We manufacture some items on request, such items are clearly marked when you purchase, with an anticipated production time
