Our Production Process

We engineer all our models from scratch, there's a good reason for this - we want everything to work together so your training focus is on the syllabus, not the models. It's really important to us that what you say is supplemented by our models rather than our models being a feature.

  • Design

    We utilize industry standard CAD to design our models, Fusion 3D from Autodesk which covers all the solid model creation processes we need.

  • Pre-Print

    Designing isn't our only focus; we also take our models through a slicer to fix cavities, insert magnets, and ensure the print depth matches the model.

  • Production

    Once we get the final file, we send it to our print server which batches the gcode files and provides real-time feedback for our printer farm.
